Oi, pessoal!

Tudo bem?

Não é novidade pra quem tem acompanhado a minha temporada aqui na China que eu tenho muitas atividades ao logo da semana e que o meu principal objetivo aqui é o desenvolvimento, uma vez que o mercado da moda internacional é mais desafiador.

Pensando nisso resolvi escrever 10 dicas importantes que funcionam comigo nesse processo de se tornar realmente uma profissional!

1. Organize seu tempo!

Eu sempre fui noiada com isso e tive/tenho várias planilhas no excel pra organizar a minha rotina, além do Schedule (cronograma) da agência!

Organizar melhor o seu tempo rende um dia mais produtivo e você pode traçar um objetivo para cada semana. O meu, por exemplo, é caminhar todos os dias, mesmo que não esteja no cronograma da agência.

No começo é difícil, mas te ajuda a cumprir suas metas por menores que sejam. Afinal, aonde você quer chegar?

2. “Modelo não estuda, só precisa ser bonita!”

Eu ouvi essa frase e outras como “Mas você pensa em estudar, porque modelo não tem muito futuro!”

Existe uma ideia de que modelo modelos não estudam, só vivem de beleza e balada, que é vida fácil e etc.

A resposta é sim, se você quer ter uma carreira curta, e não, você pode fazer dar certo e viver disso!

No mundo da moda você encontra de tudo e consegue se perder muito fácil também! Por isso é importante ter um objetivo!

Eu estudo 8 horas por dia desde que cheguei na China!

Expressão, coordenação, feeling, postura, conceito, web site, prático esporte, acessórios,  pesquiso sobre temas relacionados a beleza, estudo inglês, tenho um dia cultural e um day off por semana (se não tiver trabalho)…

EU! LARISSA! Porque com a minha agência é nesse pique!

Sabe aquele batom que você viu num comercial e ficou com vontade de usar porque a modelo estava maravilhosa? A modelo te motivou a comprar porque ela sabe como fazer isso!

Então isso é mito! Estude!

3. Descubra onde você se encaixa!

Esse ponto é essencial, galera!

Você precisa se olhar no espelho, enxergar quem você é, entender que você NÃO PRECISA e NÃO deve tentar se encaixar nos padrões.

Muda o visual, faz um corte de cabelo que combine com o desenho do seu rosto, que RESSALTE A SUA BELEZA, use e abuse da maquiagem na intenção de se sentir confiante, plena e não pra esconder quem você é. Beleza?

Padrões existem pare serem quebrados!

E o mercado da moda tá em processo de mudança.

4. Definitivamente, não espalhe seus planos!

A gente nunca sabe a intenção e a energia que o outro deposita nos nossos planos e sonhos. Às vezes o outro negativiza uma coisa que você quer muito sem perceber ou de propósito.

As coisas começaram a dar certo pra mim quando fechei mais a boca (olha que é bem difícil pra uma geminiana como eu).

Eu gosto de compartilhar os resultados e deixar as pessoas de boca aberta! rs

5. Keep calm!

Existe um tempo pra cada coisa. Não se frustre porque você ainda não conseguiu ouvir um “SIM”.

Eu ouvi muito“NÃO”! Inclusive ainda escuto aqui na China. Já aconteceu de chegar num casting e o cliente não deixar nem eu experimentar a roupa porque não gostou do meu perfil!

Podem ter vários motivos pra isso, tá tudo bem! Calma!

Mas também reflita se esse é realmente o caminho certo pra você ou se você quer ser modelo porque sua amiga é, sua mãe quer. Faça o seu melhor sempre.

6. Você pode começar sem dinheiro!

Gente, eu tinha 13 anos quando comecei a colar pano na parede do quarto e tentar fotografar com uma câmera no modo automático com roupas de brechó. (Aliás, eu amo brechó!!!)

Eu precisava de fotos e não tinha dinheiro pra fazer book. Tirava fotos em tudo que era lugar e postava no orkut. rs

Daí foram surgindo as primeiras propostas pra fotografar de graça ou por permuta e eu aceitava. Ainda é assim, as vezes um trabalho mesmo que não remunerado pode te trazer material e visibilidade. MAS DEPENDE DO JOB!!!! Ok??

7. Abuse do instagram!!!

É a minha rede social favorita!

Qual a melhor forma de fazer o seu instagram parecer profissional? Ou mostrar sua beleza? Seus talentos?

Eu uso essa rede até pra pesquisar por # e com isso acabo conseguindo seguidores, likes e propostas.

A rede é uma verdadeira vitrine! Saiba aproveitar!!

8. Sua saúde e bem-estar são suas primeiras conquistas!

Não adianta querer ser modelo e não se preocupar com a sua alimentação, a saúde física e mental! Seu corpo precisa estar saudável para que você possa ser confiante e com energia.

Se preocupe o suficiente com a sua alimentação e durma bem!

Isso ajuda você a ter disposição para cumprir suas metas e garante uma pele saudável!

9. Invista em você!

Looks, acessórios, passeios, penteados, acessórios, uma boa câmera, um bom celular fazem toda a diferença!

Qual a melhor forma de investir em você?

Um celular com uma boa câmera, luz natural e make leve pode dar um resultado incrível!!

Dedique-se a você!

Assista vídeos de tutoriais na internet (como eu) e vai conhecendo seus gostos.

Você merece o melhor sempre!

10. Seja mais esperto que a agência!

Essa dica é muito séria e as pessoas me perguntam muito como encontrar uma agência de confiança. A minha dica é: pesquise.

Procure saber a história da agência, quem é o dono, quem são os modelos da agência, que tipo de trabalho eles fazem.. São reconhecidos?

Já caí em muita história falsa e sei que é frustrante. Por isso, cuidado!!!

Não saia assinando qualquer coisa!

Pode ser furada e das grandes.
