Oiii pessoal,
Estou aqui na China há exatos 5 meses e hoje eu vim contar um pouquinho de como eu consegui superar os meus limites.

Cheguei em Guangzhou no dia 16 de maio de 2018, super empolgada, prestes a passar uma temporada de muitos trabalhos e aprendizagem.

Mas no inicio não foi bem assim, estava com as medidas acima do combinado, bloqueada a me adaptar à nova rotina, aprender um novo idioma e a realmente viver a experiência de ser modelo na China.

Eu sabia que não seria fácil,

mas não imaginei que seria tão complicado. A rotina era super puxada, no início eu tinha que estar na agência treinando poses o dia inteiro, fazer exercícios duas vezes por dia e mal sobrava tempo para eu comer. Eu me questionava, o que estava fazendo aqui, vim pra ser modelo e não estou sendo.

Acordava todos os dias, ligava para minha mãe e começava a chorar, tudo que eu queria naquele momento era voltar pro Brasil e viver a minha vidinha tranquila novamente.

Passaram-se dois meses, e eu só reclamava, tinha feito alguns trabalhos mas nada que fizessem eu me sentir de fato uma modelo internacional, porque afinal eu tinha vindo pra trabalhar muito e eu fazia um trabalho e passava 20 dias sem fazer nenhum.

Durante todo esse tempo a Rio Model continuava me incentivando a perder as medidas, porque faltava isso para eu trabalhar mais, estar nas medidas do combinado.

Durante esse tempo eu escutei muito de pessoas que se dizem “amigos” , “você não é o perfil de modelo pra China”, “você é muito baixa” e isso me desmotivava cada vez mais, porque eu via que realmente não estava vivendo a experiência de ser modelo, eu ia nos castings e as roupas não cabiam, os clientes já olhavam com aquela cara: “você é bonita mas a roupa não dar”.

Enfim, depois de muitas conversas, no meu segundo mês na China, o diretor da Rio Model entrou em contato comigo e me perguntou quais eram os meus planos futuros e o que eu iria fazer para alcançar o meu objetivo – que era perder as medidas.

Nessa época eu tinha reunião com toda a equipe da agência uma vez por semana e eles me deram duas opções: continuar até o final da minha temporada ou voltar para o Brasil. Eu tinha que fazer minha escolha e dar uma resposta no dia seguinte.

Fiquei pensando: não viajei pro outro lado do mundo, larguei tudo no Brasil, pra desistir no meio do caminho.

Eu não queria voltar como uma fracassada que não tinha sido capaz de alcançar seus objetivos.

Desde então, eu coloquei na minha cabeça: “vou perder as medidas, e passar a enxergar a oportunidade de está aqui”

Comecei a levar a sério os exercícios e a reeducação alimentar, me afastei de pessoas que não me motivavam, me aproximei de quem estava ali todos os dias dizendo que eu ia conseguir, e tudo foi fluindo.

RESULTADOS

Consegui alcançar as medidas em um mês, me senti muito melhor com o meu corpo, mais disposta a fazer as atividades do dia a dia, e automaticamente os castings e trabalhos começaram a aparecer e o que eu tinha trabalhado em 3 meses passei a fazer em uma semana.

Rotina de exercícios que fizeram toda a diferença!

Hoje eu consigo entender o porquê da rotina tão puxada no início, tudo começou a fazer sentido.

Está sendo uma temporada de muito aprendizado pra mim. Aqui eu errei, acertei, superei os meus limites, aprendi em quem devo confiar, aprendi que tudo depende apenas de mim, se eu quiser – faço acontecer.

Mas uma das maiores lições foi aprender a escutar a oportunidade porque as vezes ela tá ali batendo na nossa porta e a gente fica lutando pra não encontrar com ela.

Se eu tivesse feito tudo isso no início não teria perdido tanto tempo.

Mas eu acredito que tudo tem o seu tempo e vale como aprendizado.

Eu vi que é tão bom quando você está em uma cultura diferente, conhecendo

pessoas e lugares novos, aprendendo outros idiomas, experimentando comidas diferentes, que até os momentos mais simples como ir caminhar à noite pra assistir os chineses dançando nas ruas se tornaram especiais.
